National Association of Manufacturers Tour Stop at Emerson

We’re honored today to host the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) first stop in the 2017 State of Manufacturing Tour here at the Emerson facility in the Austin, Texas area.

Beginning at 9:45am CST (15:45 UTC), this stop in the tour will livestream the proceedings at the Shopfloor Blog. Also, over at the NAM Facebook page, they’ll be livestreaming some interviews with some of the Emerson folks around the facility.

You can also follow the action in various social channels by searching on the #StateofMFG hashtag.

The local Austin TV affiliate, Spectrum News has a nice preview of today’s tour stop in a post, Congressman Bill Flores to Advocate for National Association of Manufacturers.

It’s great to see this focus on the importance of manufacturing and all of us that are associated with it across the globe.
