MyEmerson Personalized Digital Experience

Last month at the Emerson Exchange conference in Nashville, I shared notes in a real-time blog post about the MyEmerson personalized digital experience for our customers.

Here is a quick, less than 2-minute YouTube video, MyEmerson: A Personalized Digital Experience. It is an interconnected digital experience that includes everything from software to documentation, engineering tools, and commerce. Connect people and technology through streamlined work processes and better collaboration.

The MyEmerson digital experience provides accessibility to staff across the organization to collaborate working with Emerson technologies and solutions. For example, you can easily view all the technical information you need including serial number, service reports and documentation. To maintain Emerson products, whether you’re at your desk or in the field, you can access past records, order replacement parts and if necessary, schedule service.

A comprehensive set of engineering tools and a collaborative workspace environment enable staff to work together to select and configure products and partner with Emerson subject matter experts to solve complex challenges. Once selections have been made, they can be shared instantly with the procurement team to generate quotes and purchase orders.
